What is the Start-Up Visa Open Work Permit? 📋
The Start-Up Visa (SUV) open work permit allows entrepreneurs to work for any employer in Canada while building their start-up. It offers flexibility to supplement income, supports family reunification, and is valid for three years, renewable under specific conditions.
Eligibility Criteria 🛠️
To qualify, applicants must:
Apply for permanent residence under the SUV program.
Be an essential team member of their start-up.
Plan to live outside Quebec.
Show proof of personal and business funds.

Letter of Support from a designated entity.
