  • Canada has introduced new restrictions on Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) work permits starting October 3, 2024. The new rules aim to prevent misuse of ICT permits, ensuring they are used only for legitimate multinational corporations (MNCs) transferring executives or specialized personnel temporarily relocating to Canada. MNCs must demonstrate active operations in at least two countries, and certain business structures, such as virtual or remote companies, are no longer eligible. Read more

  • Canada’s Super Visa program allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents to visit for up to five years at a time, with the option to extend for two more years.
